Fares are non-refundable unless specified under cancellation/refund policies.
4. Cancellation Policy
Passengers may cancel a ride before pickup; cancellation charges may apply.
Drivers may cancel rides under valid circumstances such as safety concerns or incorrect bookings.
Users must behave respectfully with drivers and fellow passengers.
Any form of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity will result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Responsibilities
Passengers:
Must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, and ensure safe conduct during rides.
Drivers:
Must follow traffic laws, ensure passenger safety, and maintain vehicle hygiene and reliability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Babli.cab is a technology platform connecting drivers and passengers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of property, or service disruptions caused by third parties. Users agree to use the Services at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property & Rights
All rights to the Babli.cab website, mobile application, design, and content are exclusively owned and reserved by Headway Business Solutions LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Babli.cab’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms & Conditions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
