At Babli.cab, we aim to provide a smooth, fair, and transparent ride experience for both passengers and drivers. The following policies apply to all bookings.
1. Cancellation Policy
Passenger Cancellations
If a ride is canceled within 2 minutes of booking, no cancellation fee will apply.
If a ride is canceled after 2 minutes of booking or once the driver has reached the pickup point, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Repeated cancellations may lead to account review or temporary suspension.
Driver Cancellations
Drivers may cancel a ride for valid reasons (e.g., incorrect pickup location, safety concerns, unresponsive passenger).
Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may result in penalties or suspension.
2. Waiting Policy
Drivers are required to wait up to 5 minutes at the passenger’s pickup location.
The ride may be marked as “No-Show.”
A cancellation fee will apply.
Additional waiting time beyond 5 minutes may attract extra charges, calculated per minute as per fare rules.
3. Refunds
Cancellation fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation occurred due to system errors or unavailability of drivers.
Any disputes regarding cancellation or waiting charges can be reported through Babli.cab support within 24 hours of the ride.
4. Fair Usage
Passengers and drivers are expected to respect each other’s time.
Misuse of the cancellation or waiting system may result in penalties, restricted access, or account suspension.
